SESSION 1 REGISTRATION: 11:00 AM for 12:00 PM TEE TIME
SESSION 2 REGISTRATION: 12:30 PM for the 1:30 PM TEE TIME
TWO SESSIONS: TWO Tee Times: 12 PM and 1:30 PM
(Session preference not guaranteed.) (Play usually takes 45 min, we've allowed a little more time for the amount of players)
EVERYTHING (Sponsorships & TEAM Sponsors) must be paid ONLINE.
HEALTHCARE ENGINEER PLAYERS: Register if you are interested in participating - Teams are sponsored and you just need to add your name if you want to participate. NO GOLF EXPERIENCE NECESSARY.
TEAMS: $650.00 - Teams consist of Five (5) players - 9 teams per TEE TIME. Team Sponsors should create their own teams or contact Rick Holmes to see who has registered and wants to participate. ONE (1) Complimentary Hole Sponsorship included with team purchase. TEAMS may invite ONE (1) Healthcare Engineer to play.
LIMIT ONE TEAM PER COMPANY
INDIVIDUAL ASSOCIATE MEMBER PLAYERS: If you do not have a full team signup as individual. We will contact you if there are teams looking for players or players looking to team up with other individuals. There is no guarantee you will be able to play.
PERKS: Lunch/snack ticket, 2 drink tickets and Prizes for skill holes.
HOLE SPONSORSHIPS: $150.00 - unlimited
MULLIGANS: $10.00
