(ie: the exhibitor must schedule time with us)

TEAR DOWN

Thursday, August 8 - 2:30 pm - 5:00 pm - all booths and materials must be removed no later than 5:00 pm unless Convention Makers are shipping their items.

Tuesday, August 6, 2024 - 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm Opening Reception

Exhibitors should have staff in their booths. All staff must wear NCHEA name badges to be admitted to the Exhibit Area.

All exhibitors are invited to attend the Annual Gala on Thursday, August 8, 2024 - must contact NCHEA for tickets. Each booth is allowed one complimentary ticket and can purchase more tickets for an additional fee.
