Thank you for your support of the North Carolina Healthcare Engineers Association and our 2025 Annual Conference. Many of you join us every year and the information, education, networking, and idea exchange. as well as the support you provide, is vital for our members and the healthcare engineer industry. The specifications for your directory advertising, logos, and videos (if applicable) are below. Please email us with any questions. We look forward to seeing you all in Winston-Salem this summer!

Each company will receive an email with a PRIVATE link to upload your marketing assets. Each company MUST upload, not email the marketing files. Upload your files using this naming structure:

Logo Specifications ALL LOGOS, VIDEOS, & PRINT READY ADS MUST BE RECEIVED BY JUNE 4, 2025 300 dpi for print - png or jpg for web-please submit both NCHEA Directory is printed with full color and black & white (B/W) on white stock. Any BW print ready submissions should be bw/greyscale and should be 300 dpi. Video Specifications 16:9, 1920 x 1080 or 1280 x 720 The advertiser, or its agency, will be notified if materials do not pass initial inspection, and corrective action is required. Replacement files must be uploaded within 2 business days of notification. |

Important Information
- Digital files are required - PDF/X1-A(2001) is the preferred file format - sized to 100% of mechanical requirements, with bleeds set at .125” (0p9) on all sides for full-page.
- NCHEA Directory is printed with full color and black & white (B/W) on white stock. All BW print ready submissions should be bw/greyscale and should be 300 dpi.
- Downsample color and grayscale images to 300 dpi for all images over 300 dpi.
- Files are to be cropped at the bleed edge - do not inclucolor bars, page information, registration, crop or bleed marks when distilling the final pd
The trim and bleed size plus active area are as follows: ■Trim size: 8” x 11” ■Bleed Size: .125” ■Live Area: 0.50” from Trim all around ■Cover: 3/4” bindery (All ads with bleed require a Live Area within)
