Tuesday, August 1, 2023 - LOAD IN - 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM

EXHIBIT AREA CLOSES: 3:30 PM on Tuesday Aug 1

OPENING RECEPTION: 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM - inside exhibition area

Wednesday, August 2, 2023 - 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM - lunch for all attendees inside exhibit area

Thursday, August 3, 2023 - 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM - lunch for all attendees inside exhibit area

Thursday, August 3, 2023 - 2:30 PM - 5:00 PM - End of show, booth tear down, all booth materials need to be out of the exhibit area OR packed for shipping by show decorator by 5:00 PM

Thursday, August 3, 2023 - for those that have tickets, Annual Gala Banquet* - Benton Convention Center - 6:00 PM Cocktails Dinner and entertainment - 7:00 pm - 10:00 PM

NOTE: The exhibit hall floor is carpeted.
